I was very engaged with the work of Rosalind Schneider. Her Digital Fusion paintings are some of the most exciting mixed media work I've seen recently. I also liked the wood sculpture of Jon DePreter. It is work that has to be seen in person to appreciate. The web just doesn't do it justice.
