The 1921 Colin B. Kennedy type 281 radio with it’s matching 521 amplifier is one of the first radios ever made for the general public by a commerical manufacture.Before that most radios were just being developed when WW1 broke out and all sales were made to the goverment for the duration of the war.It has been said that this was the best looking radio ever designed.
